When we love them. Yes, you do. I do. You do. It's fun. Um, so first of all,

just a quick update. If you guys haven't followed my Instagram, my landlord wants to

charge me $1,000 extra a month when my lease is up in May. And so that's where I'm at.

And yes, legally, they're allowed to do that because Irvine does not have any renters caps

or any any of that stuff. So we are trying, we're like in limbo. At this point, it's almost like

we are buying high or we are renting now, renting high or we have to move somewhere cheaper.

But then by the time we move, it's like by the time you have your moving costs and,

and your deposits and everything, you're spending a few grand anyway. You're talking commute time.

Like what? I mean, what is exactly? So what's worth it? Yeah. What's month's month here?

You have that they're going to want to raise me even more than a thousand months a month to get expensive.

What about, can you just do like six months? Yeah, but then I mean, now it's okay.
