that's normally, normally what happens when I've got too much energy. But yeah, I'm fuelled. I've

had two coffees, been up since five, it's all good. So we're going to get a frantic and efficient podcast in the next 30 minutes. We were laughing this morning because we're both working at home this morning to record the podcast,

though my little boy who's about a year old isn't very well.
