Hi everyone. And this week we're going to be talking about workplace well-being. It's something that is very close to Sarah and I's hearts, both in terms of how we manage our work. It was one of the founding insights behind Amazing If,

when we were looking at how people were feeling about their careers

and some of the skills that they would need to develop

so that they had confidence and resilience,

and they knew what made them really happy at work.

So it's definitely part of how we started the business.

And also in terms of the people that we coach, manage, a mentor.

It is a theme that comes up again and again.

So I'm really, really happy that we're going to be covering this today.
