I've really been looking forward to having this conversation with you because this is a topic that's just so needed to be covered in today's world, how to thrive in a world of constant change.

Change isn't going anywhere. I'm really going to dive into that today. And I want to quickly mention that I really appreciate you putting this book together. I can tell that it wasn't an overnight thing. Like, this is a lot of experience I can just tell from the pages, and it was a lifelong

journey for you to be able to write this.

So I just want to say, thank you so much for putting your heart into this.

You did a really great job with it.

And it is true, even though it's a book about change and constant change and a world in flux. It wasn't a book I wrote in 2020 or even about 2020, although 2020 was a

wonderful catalyst and accelerant for my ideas. I like to say that it's actually been the better
