So glad to be here joining Pete's podcast. Honey, good to have you here. So with the pandemic, we are now in

week three of our voluntary lockdown or stay-at-home order, and we have at least four and a half

weeks to go according to our government. And so the great problem as we talk and listen to

pastures and leaders

around the country and the world is, and our greatest struggle, has been a loss of structure.

You know, our routines have changed. There's a sense of the fear of the unknown. How long will

this actually go on, this pandemic? There's a sense of a lack of control. There's a vulnerability.

And our contexts are all very different.

Yeah, very different.

Probably the biggest difference being a household with children or a household without children.

And some are living alone.

Some are living with roommates. And some are living alone. Some are living with roommates.

And yet all of us or most of us listening to the podcast here, we're in leadership.

We're leading churches, ministries, teams, nonprofits, for-profit, marketplace ministries.
