this podcast is like we're sitting across from each other having coffee and just

coffee I'm leaning forward and I'm kind of up in your face and I'm like let's go take ownership

I'd like to remind you, it is your job to believe in yourself.

Nobody else's job.

And the quicker that we can both get on board with that concept the easier

that navigating through life is because we don't get let down as much because what

I've noticed is when I have expectations of other people based off of their

relationship to me or their role and I

expect that they're going to support me in a certain way and maybe they don't support me

the way that I envisioned I get let down and I get frustrated with them.
