People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.

And people know that you care when you talk to them in their language.

If you're not communicating to someone in their language, they don't resonate.

In the same ways, if you were talking to someone who doesn't speak English,

you could be kind, caring and loving, but they're still not going to understand you,

you're not going to get through to them.
