Where did the time go? We blinked and now it's all ready the end of 2022. Yes, I am being a bit dramatic but listen, these fall and winter months hit differently. As we start to wrap up the year I want to give you four things to consider that will hopefully help you make a smooth transition into the cooler and darker seasons that tend to affect our mental health in several ways.

So I'm going to share with you a few things that I am doing in the coming months, you know,

the next, what is it technically, six months I guess, somewhere in there are five, six

So let's go ahead and get into it, but first, but first, I want to invite you just to slow

down if you can and just allow your body to go into like this neutral modes.
