training for an Iron Man.

And Iron Man is a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile run, which is a marathon.

So that's what I'm training for right now.

And the Iron Man I'm planning on doing is November 2nd, 2019 in Pensacola, Florida, which

will be pretty nice because Pensacola is for one beautiful.

In November, the weather should be really nice.

The water should hopefully be warm that I'm swimming in the ocean and it's flat, which,

you know, believe it or not, like being in Texas here, Central Texas is considered hill

country.

And I have found a lot of decent sized hills around training so far.

Running biking isn't necessarily an issue, but hitting hills on the run is, I feel it

through out of a high volume training week.
