so far, three or four weeks and we are about 16 weeks out from the Iron Man, which is November

2nd in Pensacola, Florida.

Should be beautiful there, flat and hopefully some warm water.

But I'm going to talk about today what I've been doing and why I'm doing it and why I'm

doing it Iron Man because if you guys know anything about my past and training originally

when I got into fitness over 10 years ago now, it was bodybuilding and then it was powerlifting

and then I joined the army and discovered more endurance type training and I got into

CrossFit and then I got back into endurance stuff and my training has been all over the

place.

I've done bodybuilding competitions, I've done powerlifting competitions, I've gotten very

heavy into metabolic conditioning and cardiovascular training, I've done two marathon so far, I've

rock marched 150 miles, I've rock marched 100 miles and 30 hours and this is the next

piece that needs to fuel that fire inside me.

It's that next thing that I wanted to do.

It's kind of always been a bucket list item for me, I've always wanted to do an Iron
