1:03.6	really know how to communicate and I was shy and I was afraid of talking to other people. And I didn't

1:11.0	And I remember being an eighth grade, not having a girlfriend and realizing I need to stop being
1:16.9	so shy and I need to learn how to talk to people if I ever want to have a girlfriend. And so for me,
1:23.5	I hated speaking up and raising my hand in school, and I hated being in front of people. Public
1:29.3	speaking just terrified me. And then when I was 19, I started into a company that forced me to get on
1:35.5	stage. But within four months of being in the company, they just basically said, hey, go on stage and
1:40.4	present. And you're going to be on stage tonight, just go ahead and talk. And I had to speak
1:44.7	from stage and learn how to speak from stage. And they gave us training of how to go and speak from
