This is our The Big Idea, The Big Takeaway & The Big Action episode to distill it all down. I kicked off by talking with Stanford-trained mindset expert Eduardo Briceño, the author of The Performance Paradox: Turning The Power of Mindset Into Action. It’s Eduardo’s research on how we miss the growth mindset that was my catalyst. He is also co-founder of Mindset Works with renowned Stanford psychologist Carol Dweck. I then brought on Tom Ziglar, son of famed growth mindset expert Zig Ziglar, and CEO of Ziglar. Ziglar as a company is one of the most premier growth oriented companies in existence.
