What's the fastest way to change your life? For me, I think it's one, understanding how to set up daily routines with alternating brain and body training, number two, using the four M's of motivation, and three killing procrastination, you know, procrastination kills dreams, a little bit rainy today.

So somebody was asking me, I started thinking on this because somebody was asking me, hey, Ty, what do you think about speed reading?

Like when you speed read, don't you miss stuff? Sorry if I post up here kind of relaxes rainy day. And I said, yeah, but don't you miss 10 times more when you read slow is shit, you know?

And that just kind of made the brain, I call it brain trampolining, you jump from one thing to the other, and I started thinking about how we understand opportunities as it's related to procrastination, motivation, daily routines.

And people are always wondering what the next step in life is.

And I say, life's a little bit like a maze, you know, until you walk down one hallway and try to open the door, you don't know if it's a dead end or not. And people are trying to sit back, and that's where the procrastination comes in and look real far down the hallway.

And I'm like, just walk walk, you got to be faithful with a little bit to get a lot.

And so these three simple things alternating brain body training are just simple things anybody can do, you know, people go to the gym to get a six pack for their abs.

I tell people read to a brain training day, get a six pack of a mind.

What I like to do is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, train the body, then you got a day off to rest, and then you pop in.

And Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, today, Saturday, I'm doing my brain training.

So that can be reading and reading faster. Most people, like I said, they're so concerned about missing a page in the book that they forget that they're missing a thousand books they'll never get to because they're reading one for two months, which of course brings us to the four M's of motivation.

How do you motivate yourself to read quicker? How do you kill the procrastination that makes you not want to read?

This is a long conversation. I don't know if I'm going to have it right now, but suffice to say number two and number three killing procrastination is directly tied to understanding the four M's of motivation.

People, all humans for the most part are motivated by four things.

Now, we like to deny it. Society likes to make us likes to make us feel guilty for it. But at the end of the day, it just is what it is. I called the DNA imperative, meaning we're pushed that way by our DNA. And when you try to push back too much on DNA, you die physically.

And you have, of course, the death of hopes and dreams. So if you understand the first M is material things money. Some people, maybe it's you.

It's just plain and simple. The corridor they need to walk down is to make more money and get more material things. That's how they're hardwired. Some people are the second M mating. They're motivated by attraction by looking good to whoever they're attracted to.

It's probably you have her. Part of a lot more men than they'll admit. Not just you have her.

Number three, people are motivated by mastery. They want a little more status. They want to be known as the greatest, you know, Kobe Bryant, mezzi, Michael Jordan.

But I think it also extends to other things, mathematicians, scientists, doctors, and all walks of life. If that's you, embrace it.

You're not going to be as a DNA imperative. It's tough to fix. It's not really fixable. It's probably not even in need of being fixed.
