So today I'm going to talk about overthinking.

I venture to guess you probably know what I'm referring to here.

It's that feeling like your brain is too many tabs open.

You might label yourself a professional overthinker or say that you tend to overthink your

overthinking.

Now personally I call overthinking the art of creating problems that aren't even there.

In this episode I'm going to talk about why I think it's a complete waste of time and

offer up some practical strategies to help you shut it off once and for all.

These are strategies that have been really effective in my life and I think that they could

probably help you too.
