Let's, uh, I wanted, today we're going to get into we both just did Wisconsin Ironman Wisconsin

and it's fresh in our minds and we're going to do a course breakdown on some of

the things we thought we did right did wrong some things we wish we would have done

differently and just kind of analyze the course in general. So if you're thinking about doing it,

maybe this will give you a good background for it.

So, all right, man.

This is my second time doing Wisconsin,

and there's something magical to me about race morning

and that swim up in the transition up in the helix

and then just the energy down by the transition up in the helix

and then just the energy down by the water

with all the crowd there.

Yeah, it was, I mean, obviously I was there

to witness your first attempt,

and that's actually the first, the first Iron Man,

I spectated first and then did second.
