So yeah, one person asked, like,

what a life in the day with coaching looked like.

And, you know, I think that that's a little bit too,

I don't think people are really interested in that.

So we'll just say that for the intro,

but I thought the funniest story related to that this week

was, so, you know, we're checking in with almost every athlete every day.

And often, you know, it would just be little affirmations,

things like that to recognize their hard work.

So I wrote to this male athlete on the team

that we have a long relationship.
