All right, guys, welcome back to the Man Talk Show. I'm Connor Beaton, and today we're going to be talking about the four hard truths that every man over 30 needs to hear. Now, even if you're not 30 yet, these are probably going to be applicable for you. There are probably going to be things that you need to hear. And I'm not going to be talking about the normal crap that most guys will be talking about, right? Most guys talk about like, oh, you need to make more money, or you need to save, and you need to get in shape, and you need to be adventurous, or you need to develop a deep intentional daily practice or ritual or whatever it is. Those things,

you're already focused in on and working on. I'm going to be talking about the deeper four

Maybe you did waste your 20s.
