Michelle was raised in a physically, verbally and emotionally abusive home. Her mother suffered from severe depression and her step-father was a narcissist. From her earliest memories, Michelle remembers anxiety and fear. Feeling highly responsible for her struggling mother and in constant fear of her step-father, Michelle took the courage to reach out for help only to have it backfire making her situation even worse. Michelle is now the Emotional Resilience Coach on Instagram and uses a lifetime of experience to help others to find their lightbulb moments on their journey to healing.
