Hi, I'm Helen from Amazing If.

And in this week's bonus episode, I am going to be sharing three ways that you can boost your confidence.

0:09.9

So number one, think about your language, both your body language and also the words you say.

0:15.1

In terms of the words you use, it might be that you are using words like just in emails or maybe in meetings that can

0:23.3

kind of play out when you're saying something like can I just say I'd just like to make this

0:28.5

Whatever it is, there are certain things

1:11.1

1:16.3

It's really, really good to get some feedback.

1:18.5

And then just take one thing forward at a time, or it might look really unnatural if you're

1:22.0

trying to work on everything all in one go.

1:24.0

But just take one thing forward, maybe that uncrossing of the legs or kind of the sitting

1:28.1

confidently at meeting table and just try and work on that and again get some feedback on how that
