We had a discussion yesterday, probably about this time when we were discussing how few sports we actually watch. Yeah. And, you know, the crux of were really not into watching soccer. Soccer. But, you know, somebody poured out to me that I watch a bit of golf. Yep. And I don't watch a lot of golf, but from time to time. I just think it's kind of niche. I guess we watch tennis. You know, because I know the rules of tennis. I do not.

But I don't watch much of it.

I don't even watch much anymore. Maybe it's on a little bit in Wimbledon, but that's about it. Even then I don't turn it on. I might look at for just a second as anything they put on the gochoow like the pillow fighting league. Oh yeah, that's crazy. Yeah, those are fun. Things like that, but I don't hang out for very long. No. I watched too much pillow fighting a couple weeks ago and it's just a dumb sport. Did it get you there? Just a dumb sport, man. I mean, I'll watch Terrence Crawford box.

Yeah.

I'll pay for that. Yeah. Yeah, so there's a couple of other sports. I'm not watching regular boxing matches that are free on TV. Other than baseball, football, and basketball, and hockey, a little bit of hockey. Well, this is, this kind of leads into this, actually. You just mentioned that. This is a breakdown breakdown and i'm sure this happens in most major college athletic programs this happens to me just show up this morning

uh penn state from oh 24 to 25 the fiscal breakdown of the athletics now it's going to change a little

bit with every school i'm sure but the bottom line is the only thing that really makes money is football.

And I'll just give you the football.

Football's revenue for that year was $146,779,000, blah, blah, blah.

Expenses were $89 million.

So they netted $57 million million in football the only other sport

after revenues and expenses that made money is at Penn State oh this is wrestling

no it's no it's basketball men's basketball and their basketball team is not that good. But they made, the revenue was 15 million.

Their expenses were 15, a little bit less.

They made $172,000.

That's the only other one in green.

Every other sport loses money when it comes to revenue and expenses.

And now some of these don't cost as much, so that's why they lose less money.

Like the first one that doesn't lose much money, they still lose $562,000.

Now, a lot of this is travel.

You know it is with the Big Ten.

Oh, yeah.
