And the IDF withdrawals troops to a neutral line in Gaza, allowing Palestinians to begin returning home. Fox's Jennifer Griffin has insight on how the deal happened. Senior administration

officials said a key moment and breakthrough in the talks came when U.S. sent com commander,

Admiral Cooper, who was in Charmel Sheik for the talks, told negotiators the U.S. military could

establish a ceasefire monitoring base within two and a half weeks.

Negotiators also had indications Hamas was beginning to view the Israeli hostages as a burden rather than an asset.

Hamas agreed as part of the deal not to hold any humiliating public ceremonies involving the hostages,

but we also have heard from the chief hostage negotiator on the

Israeli side that some of the deceased Israeli hostages may not be returned just yet because Hamas

does not know where they are. Of the 48 hostages still in Gaza 20 are believed to be alive.

The Senate won't reconvene until Tuesday,

so the government shutdown will continue until at least then. GOP, Congressman Mike Lawler,
