The now former vice president, Elsie Rodriguez, just sworn in to serve as interim

Venezuelan president following the indictment in U.S. capture of Nicholas Maduro and his wife,

the interim leader calling them heroes and describing the U.S. raid as illegitimate military

aggression and to kidnapping.

This just a few hours after Maduro and his wife, Celia Flores, pleaded not guilty in federal court in New York City.

Maduro is accused of selling diplomatic passports to drug traffickers and facilitating the movement of private planes under diplomatic cover when they were really transporting drug money.

He and Flores are also accused of accepting bribes and directing the kidnappings and murders of

those who threaten their drug empire. Fox is Nate Foy at Manhattan Federal Court. The Trump

administration calls the Maduro capture a law enforcement action. Some Democrats in Congress

disagree ahead of a bipartisan

Right now, the flood of people coming back and forth between Venezuela, right over that bridge and here in

Colombia, has been pretty steady. We have not seen a major build-up since the dramatic events of the past few days.

What we have seen is preparation on the Colombian side, preparation for what could become a potential

humanitarian crisis. Colombian military forces have beefed up their presence along the border.

More than 30,000 troops ordered along the border.
