President Biden and China's President Xi will meet today on the sidelines of the APEC summit in Peru

just months before the president-elect takes over the White House.

The final meeting will mark progress made in the competitive relationship between the two countries.

to resign away an ethics investigation involving grave misconduct, especially when he will be nominated to be our

country's top law enforcement officer. On Capitol Hill, Ryan Schmell's Fox News. Johnson says it would

be a terrible breach of protocol to release the report after Gates resigned. Democrats argue this is a
