Yes, I have to say this was simultaneously everything I thought it was going to be and nothing like what I thought it was going to be.

And I should say for context, the reason that I put this on the list is because

Oddly, it's a movie that my mother talks about very fondly and knowing a

little about it I was like she's got to be misremembering this thing she

she can't possibly have liked this movie. So watching it I was like it's

nicer than I thought it would be and it's also exactly that emblem of that period of Disney movies where they were like we got to

pump out some stuff in between our sort of big budget animated stuff so this was

made for 10 cents it's tonally all over the. It's simultaneously nowhere near and far more scary than any children's film should be.

So I'm so curious, what did you think of this movie?

Well, this movie was quite literally not what I thought it would be

because I accidentally thought it was going to be the last starfighter and when this

movie started I was like I don't remember this kid being in it I don't remember any of

this happening and it took me quite a while to realize that the

last starfighter is a much different film.

It's so funny when your brain does that thing even though you're looking at the different titles your

brain is still like mhm mhm the last Starfighter.
