And so this week's topic, it's quite a spiky, punchy title, being honest, because we looked at it and we think it's a really good title,

but it's not maybe quite as encouraging and as supportive as some of our other titles,

which is usually, you know, how to make your strengths stand out and show up.

This week's episode is called Why Your Diary Doesn't Lie.

So you can tell we were obviously feeling, well, well, we came up

with this title. We, A, I think we're at the edge of a very busy kind of couple of months.

So we were sort of going to the end of that. And so I think we were partly sort of in re-energized

mode. And I think Helen had heard someone talk about, you know, how confronting your calendar can be.

And I think we both just thought, yes, that's right.

This would be a really good podcast.

And very quickly could come up with some ideas.
