Many adults with 80 HD struggle with rejection, sensitive dysphoria, as well as fears of embarrassment

or criticism in social situations.

They worry about missing conversational cues, saying the wrong thing and being judged

for it and about making bad impressions.

These worries and fears about social situations coupled with emotional dysregulation and other

facets of 80 HD can interfere with friendships, relationships, work and even daily routines

and other activities.

In today's webinar, we will learn more about how social anxiety and rejection sensitivity

impact adults with 80 HD and will leave here with some practical tools and strategies

to help overcome some of the limiting beliefs and manage social situations with ease and confidence.
