that I've done not stoned. So I am present. I quit smoking weed. It was five weeks yesterday. So I am

What the fuck? What are we going to do it for these 10 years? Oh my god, it was so much easier and

more fun when I was stoned. I to start us off the right way. I went to a cardiologist

appointment. So I saw my cardiologist because I just passed the five-year anniversary of the heart attack.

And they did like, they put me on the treadmill and shit like that. And then put, you know,

jizz on me and did an ultrasound on my fucking heart and stuff. Is that what we're calling it now?

He said, he had to me a bunch of paper ties and clean yourself. I felt very dirty.

That's the same way they do ultrasound. I don't believe these belly does.

And the heart is doing well. And I was like, how'd I do? And he's like, you got to talk to your doctor.

And I did like, two minutes later. And he was like, you have no blockage whatsoever. I was like,

how'd stand it? Now, that could go hand in hand with the fact that I am

my adult thinnest. I weigh 180 pounds, Mark, which when I was a senior in high school, I weighed

185 pounds. So I'm beating that 17-year-old Kevin Smith at age 52, at least weight-wise.

Fantastic. Good for you. Down and weight, no weed, no fun.
