In May, I was fortunate to be in Durham North Carolina at the 2023 CXPS - that’s Client Experience for Professional Services - Conference, where professionals from around the country met to discuss some of the unique challenges that Customer Experience presents to professional services first. Today we’re going to continue the conversation and talk about CX and professional services and some of the unique challenges and opportunities.
