This week I bring you one of the nicest women I know, Carrie Berth Davis, aka C.B.

Carrie is the director of sports marketing for Procter & Gamble.

She's chasing her six star in Berlin for

the Abbott Marathon majors, and I am going to be there cheering her on every step of the way.

She runs for Cincinnati's elite and, of course, you can. She and I both love you can.

Carrie does all of it, but really she's just one of the nicest and most loyal people on the planet.

And she lived in Minnesota for a bit, so you know she's cool, don't you know?

In this episode, we chat all about Carrie's passion for sports and her awesome job at Procter & Gamble.

It's really pretty cool what Carrie and her team do for the world of sport.

I loved hearing about the nursery and the village sponsored by Pampers and in connection with Alice and Felix and all the parents at the Olympics. She also talked

about the hair salon that they had at the Olympic Village and yep, she ran into Noel Liles while

there, the products that they gave the athletes her role with P&G and she does other things besides the Olympics with P&G.

She works with the NFL and MLS.

We also chatted about the importance of lifting up females in sports and anywhere in life, for that matter.

And then we obviously talked about her own journey in life and on the road.

Carrie's been through a lot.

She and her husband both have been through a lot.

And together, they tackle things straight on. We talk about having great people in our lives,

including her coach, Adam Goucher. How cool is it that she's coached by him, but more importantly,

that she really relies on him. We hear about Carrie's goals coming up in both running and
