It is going to be a heart-to-heart more girl-style chat where Lindsey and I are sharing

what we've been getting a lot of questions on lately,

which is how do you find and build really deep, rich, powerful, like life-changing, community

and friendships.

So today's episode is going to be so good because we're breaking it down into two different

parts.

Part one is kind of like, how do you even find the people?

Where do you go?

Where do you look?

How do you, you know, kind of the first stages of like like how do I get people even in my

ecosystem that I could become good friends with and then part two we kind of

break down a lot of what we have learned over the last you you know, whatever years, five, ten years of building really

deep and rich friendships that go beyond just like, oh, I know a person and they're in my contacts

maybe. Like, you you know the life giving doing life together style of

friendships and some of the tangible tangible and practical things that we have done that we have
