In today's episode we give you eight guaranteed ways to live a fitter, healthier and happier life. 

“What single area changed your life for the better?”

1- Nothing is awkward unless you decide it is

-Simply learn to laugh a little, acknowledge it and continue to move forward

2- Do it now.

If it takes a minute or less, just do it now. Put away that shirt, fold that sweater, brush your teeth, check your schedule.

3- If someone asked you if you would recommend yourself as a date/spouse/etc, would you?

-It made me realize that people probably wouldn’t want to date or marry someone who isn’t trying to improve themselves or someone who is lazy or unmotivated.

4- When you wake up, you get up.

ex- No lounging in bed.

-No snooze button nonsense and if you wake before the alarm then thats glorious “found time.”

-No phones in bed

-Set your alarm for same time daily

-Go to bed at a reasonable time so you wake up rested

-Smile when your alarm goes off

-Do something you enjoy in the morning.

5- Don’t rely on willpower, desire, or anything of the sort.

-Set up a system and just execute on that system. Take “do I feel like doing it?” our of the question.

6- It might not be your fault, but it’s your responsibility.

I am in charge of my life. No one else. Me.

7- Quitting is easy. Easy choices lead to a hard life. Hard choices lead to an easy life.

8- There are 86,400 seconds in the day.

You either grow or decay, are you growing or decaying?

There's a get discipline little subreddit and people, someone made a little thread saying, what was one piece of advice or one tip or one mindset change that changed your life? We looked through it. We found eight of our favorites that we not only love, but we want to expand on. And this is going to be a very transformative episode. You know, strong mind, strong body. I truly do believe that. And as I mentioned before, too, you know, you might not, every single one of these, you might be like, I'm already kind of good here, but it just takes one big thought or one small thought to change your entire trajectory and just to give you way more potential. So this is going to be a really fun episode, which is going to be amazing. You know, we've really been trying hard to go up in the rankings. So very often, you know, like even if you think of the cool kid philosophy, the cool kid principle, you know, you don't want to be that person that's too cool to do anything fun, right? Being so worried about how you're going to look, if you're going to be judged, you know, it can just end up being this like coma where you're too scared to do any action or you're too worried people are going to make fun of you or you don't want to go out because but if your clothes aren't good enough or, you know, if you try and have fun or you go to the gym, you might not be perfect. Like, you know, it's only awkward when you decide it's awkward, right and like especially one thing I've really worked on and I'm sure Kyle would also agree is just being a
