The cocktail of the week this week is the Stiggins swizzle.

It is pineapple juice and honey.

Pineapple rum, plantation Stiggins pineapple rum.

Oh, I see.

Lime juice, lemon juice, grapefruit bitters.

Is plantation rum stronger?

No, it's just a brand, but they do make a 151, which we have.

One can put an overproof floater on the top of this if you want an extra punch in the face

you just put all the stuff in the glass and then you swizzle it with a swizzle stick i mean you put

crushed ice in there and all the stuff that sounds like a really sweet drink with all the pineapple

and stuff.
