even more buttery and sing songy than usual. Buttery. Isn't it weird that you can use the word

buttery to describe a voice and then we kind of know what people mean but butter

is really not like a voice. But butter doesn't make a sound. But, you can be like his voice is buttery. Sarah and I always say, what's her name?

Chrissy, not Hind.

What the hell is her name?

McVie? Chrissy McVie, is that her name?

Fleetwood Mac. That's when the loving starts and the lights go down.

That's a buttery voice.

There's not another living soul around.

You know what I mean? Buttery. This is a weird start. This is one of the weirdest

starts to an episode and also one of the most special episodes to me, a very special guest on the podcast today. In fact, I don't even know how I got her. It's crazy.

Sharon Salzburg is on the podcast today. If you're not familiar, she is a meditation teacher and as described in her new book a central figure in the field of meditation and a world

renowned teacher and author Sharon Salzburg is one of the many Buddhist teachers that I've read and listened to for many years and she's sort of a giant in the

sort of American Buddhist teachers along with Jack Cornfield and Joseph Goldstein.
