I don't have Instagram on my phone.

And the reason why is because number one,

if I'm spending five minutes here, seven minutes here,

all of that stuff, it's taken away from my productivity.

Number two, I don't feel good when I'm on it.

It is very addictive.

The people who work at these companies hire psychologists that are way

smarter than we are to exploit our brains and use them to stay addicted to these things.

That's how they make money. So they want you to see as many

as possible. Social media is terrible for people's mental health. What is happening?
