Summary

Connie Dadkhah lived alone in her Rancho Penasquitos condo and had neighbors who cared about her. When they saw an angry man pounding on her front door, tampering with her electrical box, breaking into her balcony window and heard what sounded like a violent fight, they placed 12 calls to 911. It took the police over two hours to respond...and when they did, you will not believe what happened. Join us as Laura and Jim analyze Connie's murder and how it could have been prevented, if law enforcement had done their job.

This case may be triggering and it will be angry-making. Listener discretion is advised.
