He coached Arizona Cardinals for five years and the Tampa May Bucks

for three seasons. He led the Bucks to a Super Bowl title in 2020. He won two other Super Bowls

with the Steelers as an assistant coach. Also, he was named the AP NFL coach of the year twice.

He currently serves as a senior football consultant for the Bucks and is involved in a number of other football-related endeavors.
