Today's episode is called It's Time to Clean Up Your Real Estate Mess.

Now, before you think I'm judging you, we all have

messes, myself included. I've been working on this theory lately as I've been coaching people

inside rental property mastery, as I've been working on my own rental property business.

I notice this pattern that we go into different cycles. There's two cycles that I see.

Number one, you go through the cycle of

messy, chaotic growth. So this is the time when you buy a new property, when you take on a

remodel project, when you acquire new financing, perhaps. And the name of the game for that

cycle is you just got to hold on by the seat of your pants. You just got to figure this

thing out. There's always surprises. There's always a little bit of chaos. And yes, you can be

organized and you can make that work better. But it's just messy. Being an entrepreneur is messy

and making progress is messy. Let's call that cycle number one, the messy part of the process.

And then just like you

having a meal, like you're cooking this wonderful meal for a company and, you know, you're just going to,

you're going to get stuff everywhere in the kitchen. It's just normal. To have a great meal is to get

a little bit messy. And you just can't, you have to embrace that. You can't fight that part. It's

the same way in real estate. But then there's a second cycle, which sometimes

people don't embrace as much, and it's the part where you have to clean up your mess. You've got to

tidy up all of the real estate investing chaos that you've created, maybe over the last month,

or maybe over the last couple of years, and you've got to work on, for example, your management
