People have questions and anyone who's going to make a decision to buy something or to rent something, if they're confused about it, they're not going to make a decision. So photos, videos, description, but also check your contact info. Do you have a good phone number, a good email, or some way that people can get in touch with you? I know that sounds kind of obvious, but if you want people to reach out to you, maybe people are seeing the listing, but then they don't have a good way to get in touch with you. So double check all of those. The second reason your rental might not be filling up fast enough is a marketing or a promotion problem.
