breaking free of the negative patterns we find ourselves in and if you listen

love to say one thing in particular almost to the point of it being like okay

find myself saying it a lot and that's that I like to say a pattern is only a

pattern until it's not a pattern anymore a cycle is only a cycle until it's not

a cycle anymore and you know honestly like if you're currently stuck in a

negative pattern of some kind you might hear that and be like okay thanks

that's not very helpful and you know you might be a little bit justified and not

getting a ton of value from that statement at face value but let's get real

here let's look back in our lives and I think when we do we'll realize that

it's actually a very true statement and a very like redeeming statement a
