Summary

We just finished our June Volume Camp and learned a lot of lessons about facing challenges and leaving our comfort zones. Today, we talk about how pushing yourself into unfamiliar situations can be can help you be a better triathlete, grow in life and get closer to the person you want to become. Normalizing discomfort can be how we get better.
