| 0:07.2 | aligned with the truth of God? These last few episodes we have spent some time in the sewer. I mean we've been talking |
| 0:14.9 | about a very sad state of existence that all of us find ourselves in and that is |
| 0:21.0 | that we have this residue of sin that clings to the mortal body that we live in on planet Earth. |
| 0:28.0 | That is where all of our struggle comes from. |
| 0:32.0 | It's not that you have a bad dog and a good dog inside of you, |
| 0:35.9 | you know, a black dog and a white dog, and that they're always fighting for dominance in your |
| 0:40.3 | life. That is not the truth. That is not who you are. The scriptures are very clear. |
| 0:47.2 | You are a saint of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ who is now empowered with the spirit of God. |
| 0:55.1 | That is your identity and it is incredibly helpful to begin thinking of yourself rightly. |
| 1:01.6 | And that's what the morning mindset is here for is to help you think |
| 1:04.3 | rightly about yourself about God about the world that you live in and about the people |
| 1:09.6 | around you and the fact of the matter is you've got to really begin with understanding the truth about God and the truth |

| 1:27.4 | the penalty for your sin and if you place your faith in Jesus Christ, he not only forgives your sin, he comes into your life and indwells you. |

| 2:05.6 | And when Jesus Christ comes into your life, he changes your identity. |
| 2:10.4 | He no longer looks at you as a sinner because he now dwells in you. His Holy Spirit is now |
