You know, I think what's scarier is having all the accolades having a really pretty record to show and it's still not being enough, still not loving yourself, still finding that like, oh, hey the guy got the winds got the yeah and

it doesn't really mean a lot if at the end of the day if I'm like you know I don't

have the awareness and the ability to be who I really am outside of these very controlled

environments, these curated environments on stage, these extreme environments.

Well, yeah, but what about the day-to-day?

People listening, I mean, like,

I think it's really easy to do the extreme.

I think it's really easy to restrict yourself,

starve yourself, do the cardio, do the glam and get on stage and be like I'm a

bodybuilder, identify as this, sweet. Yeah, but like why? Like what's what's the reason we're getting on

stage what's the reason we're doing this because it won't be there forever and

whether you want or lose like you can have the wins the wins are not going to change how you feel about yourself. What is happening?
