What process do you take when forecasting inventory orders for Q4 and when do you open that inventory order?

0:22.5

Ooh, this is an excellent question. If it's your first Q4, this is going to be really, really tough.

0:27.3

Like, it's going to be really tough to calculate what Q4 inventory is going to look like.

0:31.3

You can go look on Jungle Scout and I would look at like how search demand increases in Q4 for like a lot of your core keywords so go check that

0:38.6

and that'll give you kind of an idea of like how much demand is going to spike that doesn't mean

1:17.1

order within a few, a few weeks. And it's like, okay, November, December, we're like selling.

1:21.2

1:27.0

poor, everything is more, everything is more backed up and more delayed. Amazon's way busier. It's, you know, poor. Everything is more,

1:28.1

everything is more backed up and more delayed. So I would recommend doing all of your Q4 planning

1:34.1

like yesterday. We've already done our Q4 planning. But for most people, like you could probably

1:40.5

do it June, July, I would say. June, July. And for us, like August, if you're
