the recent sale of one of our businesses, I Top It, which was our frozen yogurt shop. For those

of you've been listening to this podcast, I'm sure you've heard me mention that

business many, many times. And David and I have chatted about it in previous episodes as well.

But we recently sold that business. And so we're going to chat about why and how after owning

that successful business for 10 years, why we decided and how we went about doing so.

But before we dive into it, David, I just want to get a brief update share with everybody

what's going on with you, since you're not on the show as often. So Car Wash OS has been what you've been

focusing on mostly update us on what's going on with that. Yeah, so I'm developing an operational

consulting company that focuses on operational consulting specifically for the tunnel car wash environment.

And so we called it a carwash OS. It stole a name from a business that Henry and I started

maybe three or four years ago and sunsetted. So we get some people that are a little bit

confused when we talk about car wash OS, but I wanted to develop

a series of programs to help new investors if they get in the Car Wash business, especially the

tunnel car wash business, kind of work on all the stuff that's got to be done before and during

and after a car wash opening so that they'll develop good operational habits and have the tools

and content necessary to make

sure that they're they're executing well in this very competitive car wash environment.
