divorce, and dating. What do they have in common? More than you think, especially when you look

through the lens of deliberate creation. And before you think great, she's going to tell me to just think positive about

my salad, my ex, and my dating app, nope. This is deeper than that. Let's get into it. And we'll

start with dieting. This one's so common. People want to feel better in their bodies, right? Maybe they want to lose weight,

gain energy, fit into their clothes, whatever. So they go on a diet. It makes sense on the surface.

But here's what's really happening under the hood. A lot of the time the action is driven by dissatisfaction.

I don't like how I look. I'm not good enough like this. If I could just lose 15 pounds,

then I'd finally feel good. Classic conditional alignment. I'll feel good once the scale says

something different. Here's the L-O-A problem with that. You're trying to create something different

from the energy of not enough. You're lining up with lack. Even if you're

eating all the green smoothies in the world, you're still emitting a signal of self-criticism.

resistance. That's why diets can feel like punishment. You're using willpower to push through
