I'm getting personal with you guys. I want to share my story.

I don't talk about it all that often, but I think it's a story that I probably wish someone would have told me years ago back when I had no idea how burnt out I was.

I thought I was just overwhelmed. I thought I needed more

sleep, which was probably true. I thought maybe I just wasn't trying hard enough, but in hindsight,

I can see now that my body was screaming for help. And I want to just tell you a little bit about

And at that time, it was just wild when I think back. Like I really had all of the things I had

been praying for, right? I had a growing family. I had two babies that were

born 16 months apart. I had a successful career. I was now running my own law practice,
