I have been coaching for eight years,

and I kind of moved into online coaching

for several reasons.

I've got cystic fibrosis which is a genetic illness life expectancy's

43 I think at the moment so it's a pretty serious illness I've dealt with it through health and fitness, nutrition,

just the way I live my life. It's kind of, it was, my illness kind of forced me into the career that I have at the moment, but it is probably the best thing that could have happened to me.

Yeah, so cystic fibrosis is basically a genetic illness. It affects the sodium in the body.
