of this year, 2023. Although as a Jew, I do think of the Jewish New Year really as the

real New Year because I hate New Year's Eve. But I want to say, well this week, by the way,

we have the hilarious Kurt Braunohler on part one of my interview with him. He's a delight.

And so here's the thing that I just want to say is that as you know, Elise's birthday is New Year's Eve.

And that's what I celebrate. That is what I celebrate. I don't have to do, like I'm done. I'm done

with New Year's, I think it's stupid. We were watching weightlotus when the ball dropped.

Um, and that's it. It is a stupid plus January is so, I don't know if you feel the same way,

but December is like like build up, build up and then January just fucking cold and depressing.

So here we are. It's January 10th, 2023. And we're starting a New Year podcast. This is

my eighth year doing this podcast eight years. That's a long time. That is like someone in third grade.

Okay. So just remember that. But um, so thank you. Thank you all for being here. It's,

it's already been an exciting year. If you follow me on Tweetar and Instagram and whatever else I do,

you know that I have a new show coming out based on my book. Yes, I can say that when they come

for the comedians, we're all in trouble. But the show, it's an off-roadway play. We just announced it
