Leaders aren't born, they're made, and this weekly show gives you access to the practical

I'm not sure if you've thought about your role as a leader, manager, whatever your tight or a role within your organization is, in thinking about it as

inspiring and taking the place of learning, of being able to create a learning framework in your organization and to practice and even inspire shared learning.

It is becoming a important competency for us as leaders. Many of you in our

listening community do a bit of this already naturally as part of your work.

Today's guess is going to really challenge us to be even more

intentional on how we can practice and inspire shared learning in our

organization so that we can be much more effective as leaders in producing organizational results and probably, if not the most important thing, certainly something the people were leading or thinking about is how do we do a
