Now I've been a fan of intermittent fasting ever since I dug into the research about three years ago and I have personally had phenomenal success with intermittent fasting especially for improving my energy, my insulin levels, my blood sugar levels, and most importantly,

my brain function, because I don't know about you, but as a mama and someone who runs a business

and handles all the things all the time, I need a brain that works because when it doesn't work, oh, man it feels like I'm
